Matthew Pearson

Matthew has been an integral part of our team that has followed our company’s growth through all of its stages: from IVG, to Ethos, and now as we integrate into National Veterinary Associates (NVA).  Growing with us along the way as a leader, he began with us in 2001 as a Practice Manager at Bulger Veterinary Hospital, in 2012 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of IVG, and now leverages his experience as the Vice President of Operations for Ethos/NVA with a span of oversight across seven hospitals from New Hampshire to Hawaii.  Matthew’s authentic style of leadership is highlighted  through his hands-on, integrity-based, service-oriented, and accountability-first approach.  He enjoys road cycling, motorcycling, playing the trumpet in various community groups and spending time with his family.
